Contemplation on a Meditation

Falling, dropping down

Formless, free, unbound

The space behind the mind

Is too vast to define

A bubble in the stream

A phantom and a dream

Overflowing grace

Tears roll down my face

I repeat the mantra through frantic thought

My mind is a web where I get caught

I bob up to the surface then I breathe myself back in

Into the bliss again

Mortal coil unwind

Dissolve the ties that bind

Calm with each release

Find the deepest peace

I repeat the mantra through frantic thought

My mind is a web where I get caught

I bob up to the surface then I breathe myself back in

Into the bliss again

Me, I , mine, I, me

The source of suffering
My mind is a wave

But I am an ocean, I am an ocean

Falling, dropping down

Formless, free, unbound
